South West Farmers Urged to Embrace 4TREE Organic Fertilizer for Higher Yields
Farmers across South West Nigeria have been encouraged to adopt 4TREE Organic Fertilizer as a key step toward boosting food production in the region. The call was made by the convener of the South West Urban Agriculture Summit (SWAUS 2025), Mrs Oluwatomi Olatoye held recently in Ibadan.
During the summit, 5-gram sachets of 4TREE Organic Fertilizer were distributed to seven farmer associations across the South West. Each sachet is capable of covering 2 to 3 hectares of farmland, allowing wide-scale testing of the product’s impact. The associations are expected to share the sachets among their members and submit feedback on crop performance and overall farm results.
4TREE Organic Fertilizer is already gaining a strong reputation across Africa for improving soil health, increasing yields, and supporting environmentally friendly agriculture. It's adoption can spark a new wave of sustainable farming practices in the South West.
With rising demand for food and growing pressure on soil fertility, stakeholders at SWAUS 2025 emphasized that innovative organic inputs like 4TREE could play a major role in transforming the region’s agricultural landscape.
“4TREE Organic Fertilizer is driving a quiet revolution in African agriculture. This is the right time for the South West to embrace it,” Oluwatomi Olatoye noted.
