Oyo State Unveils Plans to Boost Economy Through Agriculture and MSMEs at “EXPOYO 2024”. The Oyo State Government has announced plans to harness the economic potential of the state through agriculture and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the upcoming “EXPOYO 2024”, which will be held from February 23 to March 6, 2024, at the Permanent Trade Fair Complex in Ibadan. The “EXPOYO 2024”, themed "Showcasing the Economic Potentials of Oyo State Through Agriculture, Micro and Small and Medium Scale Enterprises," aims to bring together stakeholders in the agricultural and MSME sectors to showcase their products and services, attract investment, and promote economic growth in the state. The Commissioner for Trade, Investment, and Cooperatives, Hon. Ademola Ojo, added that the state government, being a major player in the organization of trade fairs, will also involve Ministries, Departments & Agencies along with the 33 local government areas in the state.
