The OBÉ project launched at Kings Court school, Ibadan
The OBÉ project launches its first ever program for school children at Kings Court school, Ibadan The OBÉ team was at Kings Court School on the 3rd of May to teach the students how to grow vegetables and herbs for soup. They were also taught how to maximize little spaces with the use of pet bottles and containers. Mr Ogunleye, a catfish farmer and also a team member of OBE Program also shared on Homestead Catfish farming The excitement was through the roof as many students expressed their desire to share this new found knowledge with their parents and family. Mrs Tomi Olatoye, the initiator of the OBÉ project, appreciated Mrs Bimpe Okunola, the proprietress of the school for fully embracing the OBÉ project. Responding, Mrs Okunola said that "We believe that by teaching our children how to grow their own food, we are also teaching them to be kind and caring.
